The forest loves us.

This time remember to bring your mushroom knife and basket before you set off to wander through the forest. There's an abundance at your feet. As soon as the scent of porcini starts to tantalise your senses, the first thing to think about is the right red wine to pair with them. The silky Corvina Veronese costs less than ten euros.
