Shipping Terms

For deliveries within Germany, the following rates apply:
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT):

• 1–12 bottles (up to 20 kg): €6.95
• 13–24 bottles (up to 40 kg): €13.90
• 25–36 bottles (up to 60 kg): €20.00
• 37–48 bottles (up to 80 kg): €25.00

For deliveries to Austria:
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT):

• 12 bottles (up to 20 kg): €20.00
• 24 bottles (up to 40 kg): €30.00

For deliveries to Hungary, Poland, and the Czech Republic:
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT):

• 12 bottles (up to 20 kg): €20.00
• 24 bottles (up to 40 kg): €30.00
• 36 bottles (up to 60 kg): €45.00

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered within 3–5 days for domestic (Germany) orders and within 5–10 days for international orders, calculated from the date the contract is concluded (or, where advance payment has been agreed, from the date of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in a single consignment unless we have made alternative arrangements with you. In that case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

Collection from the Dresden Outlet

For collection in person, we will notify you by email when your order is ready and advise you of collection options. No shipping costs are charged in this case.
