Shipping conditions

The following regulations apply to deliveries of goods within Germany (Germany):

Shipping costs (including VAT):

• For orders worth more than 99.00 euros, delivery is free of charge,
• For orders with a value under 99.00 euros, the shipping costs are a flat rate of 9.95 euros.

The following regulations apply to deliveries of goods to Austria:

Shipping costs (including VAT):

• For orders worth 120.00 euros or more, delivery is free of charge,
• For orders with a value under 120.00 euros, the shipping costs are a flat rate of 18.00 euros.

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within Germany (Germany) within 3 - 5 days,
for international deliveries within 5 - 10 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we specify otherwise
have made agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

Pick up at the Dresden outlet
If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further payment details
If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
