Shipping policy

The following conditions apply to payment and dispatch:

1. shipping conditions

a) For the delivery of goods within Germany.

Shipping costs (including VAT): from 99.00 Euro value of goods free shipping, below 9.95 Euro flat rate shipping costs

b) The goods are delivered to Austria:

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT): from 120.00 euros value of goods free of shipping costs, below that 18.00 euros flat-rate shipping costs

2. delivery periods

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered

a) domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 working days,

b) for deliveries abroad within 5 - 10 working days

after conclusion of the contract; in the case of agreed advance payment, the above-mentioned delivery periods begin with the date of receipt of payment.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a joint consignment, unless we have made different agreements with you.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready and when you can collect them. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the contract is concluded.
