This wine hails from the shores of Lake Neusiedl, Burgenland. The vineyards climb the Leitha Mountains, on the other side of the lake from Gols. The wine is the result of spontaneous fermentation. The winemaker is garrulous and sympathetic. During a recent visit we were reminded that the key to natural wine is cleanliness.
