Clos Paradis Sancerre AOC 2022 organic 1500ml

Clos Paradis is a “lieu-dit" single vineyard of 5.1 hectares with 45-year-old vines. Fouassier owns a third of the vineyard and has marketed it as Clos Paradis since 1902. The vineyard faces south and is composed of Buzançais limestone & lité over kiméridgien. The plot is surrounded by a natural hedge. If Sancerre had a cru system, it would be a grand cru.
