The Clos de Bannon is a walled single vineyard in the hamlet of Bannon near Bué with a preponderance of flintstone. Product of a spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast and aged on its lees in steel tanks. In the winter the Fouassier family keeps their sheep here. We would classify this as a Grand Cru of Sancerre.
