We know of two winemakers in Germany who put Weißburgunder at the forefront of their efforts and both work biodynamically outside of the certification regulations. Pinot Blanc was traditionally grown in Burgundy. So is this wine a rectification of a wrong or do they know something that we don't? Is the world on the cusp of the discovery that Weissburgunder has heretofore undiscovered potential??
